My problem: My body should need around 2100 calories daily to maintain therefore I should consume around 1500 daily to lose weight. Eating healthily, I am struggling to go beyond 1300, and even then I feel FULL. I don’t think I normally eat this amount- probably similar amount, but more calorie laden junk. If I only eat healthily according to my hunger I think I’ll only be consuming around 1300 daily. Should I force the rest in? I don’t want to go into starvation mode, but I feel so FULL.

if you are in weight training anyone will tell you that if you dont eat enough protein.
that your body will break down and you will loss of strength.
you can take any strength enhancer even steriods, and it would be a complete waste of time if you are not eating enough
